Coronavirus statement

We are experiencing unprecedented times. Given the uncertainty and change in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID-19, we wanted to update you on our plans and how we can support you throughout this time.  I would like to reassure you at PS Recruits that it’s business as usual. Our candidates and clients are at the heart of all that we do, so our work to introduce great people to great companies continues.

That said, the safety and wellbeing of everyone from our business partners, prospects and candidates, is paramount so taking advice from our Government and the World Health Organisation we have adapted the way we are working to help maintain and reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

We are working remotely, and we have good secure systems in place to make sure that we are well connected, remaining productive and delivering the high level of service our partners expect from us. We can use various media to engage with our candidates and clients, continuing to build trusted relationships. Many of our clients are using the similar technology to conduct interviews and keep the interview process moving.

We have implemented several ways in which we believe we can support your business:

1.     You’re likely facing a few months of uncertainty around hiring. Frustratingly, it feels like a long time to press pause on processes you've worked so hard to mature. Which is why we want to make sure you’re in a strong position when COVID-19 passes. We offer a full consultative screening process via remote interviewing to offer up those one or two carefully selected candidates for face to face final interview.  We are happy to work with clients if they have particular areas that require probing or can work off a checklist if required.

2.     We understand the pressures on your business during this time. We believe in the importance of maintaining confidence in the market and ensuring that your business can continue to operate as best as possible.  To ensure this and counter any uncertainty we shall work with clients, where possible, if any flexibility is required on terms of business.

3.     Our partnership with your business extends beyond your recruitment assignments. We are uniquely placed within the market, with 20+ years’ experience, to support you and provide consultation on your workforce planning and contingency.  Please do not hesitate to get in touch for consultancy or advice during this time.
